Tulip Popular

We specialize in Tulip Poplar logs which are perfect for log homes.  These are not a poplar log but tulip poplar log.  Tulip poplars are weather resistant, & termite resistant.  The Native Americans used these trees for canoes.  Pioneers preferred these logs to other logs for homes.  In fact they were exported to Europe because they were recognized as a superior log.

TN Cedar

We can provide cedar log kits as well.  These are red cedar logs.  The logs are twice the price of poplar.  Again no one will touch our price on cedar logs! Our mills have been selling commercial & wholesale for years, but we have just recently begun to sale to the public in order to increase jobs.

We are a wholesaler!  There are no model homes to keep up or any additional draining costs that inflate the prices of our kits.  You buy wholesale logs & wood products from a full service mill.

Economics

We try to give you the most economical home for the money. We do not include windows, doors, framing materials, & tin in kits we ship. This actually saves you money. You don’t pay commissions on those items, & you don’t pay us to ship them to you, when you can go to your local wholesale outlet & buy them where you are cheaper! We don’t tack on to shipping! Our homes are easy to put together, & we haven’t put one in yet that hasn’t had equity in the home! If you build it you should have 50% equity or more! I had customer say, “We were going to put in a double wide until we saw your home. It was cheaper & it appreciates & is worth more than we spent on it.” These homes should be around for your grandchildren. Our society is changing & with the current economic climate, this allows you to have more homes for less money, & control debt instead of debt controlling you!
