This is a versatile kit. Choose either a chalet or shotgun kit
Chalet
A chalet can add an entire loft & even a second story balcony over the front porch. The ridge beam for the roof is raised to 12 ft to allow good head space.

Shotgun
The shotgun has a second story framed out to 8 ft side walls. This allows for a complete 2 nd story. We add 2 ft thru the dining & laundry room to allow entrance to laundry from dining & we add a stairwell where the old laundry entrance was. Because this is a 2 story home, you can easily add on all the way around the home as your time & money allows. This makes the shotgun a good toe hold kit.
This includes all wood needed to build the home. Logs, siding, porch beams, bead board interior, flooring etc.

This includes all wood needed to build & 8 ft siding for second floor on top of 1st level of logs.

On the 36 x 16 shotgun, we add a 10 x 16 bedroom off of dining room on the down stairs, & a 10 x 16 bedroom on the second floor behind the loft. It builds out 3 bedroom 1152 sq ft Very inexpensive to build due to smaller foundation.
