This is our standard 32 x32 square log kit. With this kit you can build out plans of 1000, 1400, 1700, 2000, 2500, 3000 sq ft.
We offer options of bat n board strip siding for gables & 2nd floor shed walls, tongue & groove flooring 3/4 or 1 1/2 thick, we offer beams for floor joists and porches, trim, & lathing. We can set up windows, doors, & tin. We have crews who will dry in for $30 per sq ft from the subfloor to tin on the roof. This includes interior & roof framing, windows & doors. They offer to turnkey the homes for approx $60 per sq ft. You can’t even find a contractor stick build for these prices.

If you want 1000 sq ft one story we can just finish off with no loft, if you need 1700 sq ft we can just have full loft finished or if you need 5 bedrooms you can just finish open loft and even make 6 bedrooms by closing off bonus area. Other options also available.
