This is a 32 x 48 log kit. Over 1500 sq ft down.
This is a versatile kit which can build a 2 story 3000 sq ft home.

• 6 inch thick walls – $22,500~ rough square logs
• 8 inch thick walls – $30,000~ rough square logs

These can be exchanged for milled D logs add $7,500

Options:

• Tongue & groove flooring, ceilings, walls, log beams and more.

Our ranchero model can be used to make a 1 story 1500 sq ft home. We use the combined floor plans of the economizer where we put a master suite at one end, and 2 bedrooms with a bath at the other end & open floor plan in the middle.

This same 32 x 48 kit can be used to build out the homes shown at the from top of our website as well. We just pull the middle out & add lofts or build under gabled on second floor & add picture windows.

All kits are flexible & we show cheapest way to build out the most sq. ft.
