BUILD WEALTH, NOT DEBT!
We can show you how to build a log home with instant equity. Get rid of the notion that you can’t put in a log home for the price of a conventional home. We are turning the log home industry upside down with our approach to business. It’s not about making a lot of money per home, but make a little bit on a lot of homes. We are the proud choice of developers, builders, & investors.
Our homes can be built below market & you can save money, or make money! It is a wonderful feeling to go to the bank & say I know my house will be worth $300,000, but I will only need $150,000 to build it. Or how about this idea, you don’t need to go to the bank at all! Some of our homes can be built for pennies on the dollar1
We want to save you money!
Other log companies package everything together & get cuts on everything. They then charge you shipping and so much more. We allow you to buy items such as windows (average cost $100 at local wholesaler), doors (average costs $100 at local distributor), trusses (prices will vary due to size) from your local suppliers saving you thousands of dollars. This also allows you to pick & choose items you prefer verses what the supplier got the best deal on. By the time it is over, for what you can buy a kit for at other companies, you can walk in your door for on ours. We are saving you money in these hard times, and putting people back to work!

Here is a picture of Jay Zimmerman. He bought one of our $10,000 log kits. He used it to build out a 2000 sq ft log home. Jay visited local bargain & wholesale outlets as well as habitat for humanity sites and built his log home for under $40,000. This included to log kit, foundation, plumbing, windows, everything.
He built this home by himself. He is not a construction worker. Just a hard working guy wanting to keep his family out of debt.
